How to Start a Remote Support Session

Please follow the below instructions to start a remote support session on your computer for us to login and assist.  We will send you a message on your screen when ready to jump on.  Feel free to keep working after starting the session, if you have not yet heard from us.


Start a remote support session by browsing to http://www.itrc.me

  1. Click on Start a New session
  2. Enter your Full Name
  3. Follow the prompts to download and run the application


We will login as soon as possible, once logged in, we will have full control of your keyboard/mouse.


NOTE: You will NOT be able to use your computer while we are controlling it.  Please close any sensitive documents prior to starting the support session.
