Through Portal:

  1. Browse to https://support.cengatech.com
  2. Click on Open a Ticket
  3. Follow prompts to create ticket
  4. Response time 1-24 hours during business hours only.

NOTE: Make sure to provide as much detail as well as your contact information.


Through Email:

  1. Send an email to support@cengatech.com
  2. Make sure to provide as much detail as well as your contact information.
  3. Response time 1-24 hours during business hours only.


Through Online Chat:

  1. Browse to https://support.cengatech.com
  2. Click on the Chat icon (lower right corner of screen)
  3. Fill in details
  4. Allow us some time toresponse.
  5. Response time 0-1 hour during business hours only.


Through Telephone:


Normal Business hours

  1. Call (470) 481-0400 option 2
  2. Response time 0-15 minutes during business hours only.


After hours support (After hours contract required)

  1. Call (470) 481-0400 option 9
  2. Response time 0-15 minutes when able.
  3. If no answer, leave a message for call back within 1 hour.
