How to Setup Two Factor Authentication (aka Multifactor Authentication)
NOTE: We highly recommend all users enable 2FA in Office 365 to prevent account takeovers.
- Login to www.office.com
- Then browse to https://aka.ms/MFASetup
- Follow the prompts to setup Two Factor Authentication using SMS Text messages, Microsoft Authenticator or your own password manager.
